C/R: Top Journalist Enstooled As Bamuhen At Ekumfi Nanabin Pleads For Support

One of the top journalists in the Central Region, a senior producer for the first radio station in the Mfantseman Municipality, Obrumankoma 100.7MHz, who also doubles as a reporter for Hot/Fox FM respectively, Egya Okwan of Amona Kusubentsir family has been enstooled as the new Bamuhen at Ekumfi Nanabin with a title Nana Obosu XIII.


Speaking in an interview with AfricaNewsArenaGh's Adom Nanaa Odiasempa Paa Solo Savvy, Nana Obosu XIII urged Nananom, Elders, the good and law abiding citizens to keep the unity, corperate to lift higher the banner of Ekumfi Nanabin, Ekumfi district and Ghana at large in terms of peace and development as he promised massive developmental projects as the Bamuhen of Ekumfi Nanabin.


"I strongly believe that, the Odikro of Ekumfi Nanabin, Nana Okofo Gyesi IV, Nananom, Elders and the good and law abiding citizens of Nanabin with their massive support will help push the unity and development forward at a higher grounds we deserve."

Nana Obosu XIII appealed to the youth of today to abstain themselves from drug abuse and alcoholism in order not to become addicted and stay focused in life. 
He further called on Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as he stressed on some of the cankers facing the residents of Nanabin.

The Odikro of Ekumfi Nanabin in the Ekumfi District of the Central Region, Nana Okofo Gyesi IV on his part also enlightened on the challenges they are confronting which include poor network connectivity, roads, among others.

"It is extremely splendid to have a factory under Nana Akufo-Addo's initiative One District, One Factory (1D1F) but very shameful and unpleasant to have bad roads and poor network connectivity."


He hence pleaded with the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the authorities in charge to come to their aid find immediate solutions to those canker.

Reaching some of the residents of Ekumfi Nanabin also promised to help move the community on a higher grounds and reiterated same challenges that, 'there are a lots of problems we are facing but the immediate once that needs to be addressed is our bad network and road connectivity,' hence appealed for support.
