RESIDENTS OF AJUMAKO WORRIED OVER THE CURRENT STATE OF THEIR SCHOOL BLOCK, APPEALS TO GOV'T, OTHER INDIVIDUALS FOR SUPPORT

Residents of Ajumako in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam district of the Central Region have appealed to the government and individuals to be of help them complete their Methodist school and KG block which has been left to rot.
The school block they started in 2016 has not been completed due to the lack funds.


Speaking to Atinka TV/FM's Agyei Kwaku Mensah, the assembly member for Ajumako Ekutuase electoral area, who is also a old student of the school, Hon. Richard Enos said, they have converted the school library and ICT lab into KG block which is a worry.
He also added that, several letters has been written to the assembly but has not yielded any positive results.

The assembly member hence pleaded to the government, authorities and other corporate bodies as part of their social responsibilities help them get places of convenience for staff and learners, school canteen and a school feeding program for the KG.


The Ajumako Ekutuase electoral area assembly member also pleaded with the authorities that, the ICT laboratory which was started by the community and has also been neglected for years and asked for the completion of the ICT lab to help improve education in the area.


The Vice Chairman of the school's PTA, Dada Await on his part said, they have pulled down the old block to prevent disaster. 
Adding that, the building which was started by the old students and some individuals is yet to be completed, hence, he called for help because the school has produced many professionals.
